ABOUT THE POSITION
As a salesperson for our client Fibra, you will play a central role in developing and nurturing relationships with both existing and potential customers. You will drive the entire sales process – from identifying customer needs to presenting tailored solutions and closing contracts. By working according to a clear sales plan and developing customer strategies, you strive to meet and exceed set goals.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the company's construction and operations departments to gain a deeper understanding of the business and thus be able to deliver customized solutions. You will also monitor market trends and competition to ensure the company's competitiveness. As the face of the company in customer meetings, it is required that you are communicative, attentive, and confident in your role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Process inquiries and build and develop relationships with both new and existing customers
- Prepare cost proposals and present offers
- Negotiate contracts and be responsible for contract writing
- Create customer strategies and follow a sales plan to achieve goals
- Stay updated on market trends to meet customer needs and market demands
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has experience in corporate sales
- Has experience working in CRM systems
- Has a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as this is part of the daily work
- Has good computer and presentation skills and experience with the Office suite
- Has a B driver's license
It is an advantage if you have:
- A post-secondary education, preferably in sales or IT
- Experience in KAM sales and IoT solutions
- A background in selling communication infrastructure
- Knowledge of the CRM tool Lime
